How to conserve energy in your home, reduce toxicity, protect the air and water… even what you can do at work. Excellent list to print out and refer to from time to time. It helps to get it in front of you and everyone else too… print it out and post it at the office bulletin board, write one thing a week on your calendar to focus on.

Create a sustainable improvement ‘thing’ of the week with your family or neighbors. It’s more FUN when you’re doing it with someone else and it builds in accountability. I used to manage fitness centers ‘back in the day’ and we promoted the buddy system with great success.. try it, it’s FUN!
